Finally I updated my page again. My new job consumed all my time and laziness forbid me to do anything recently. Thanks for GameOver Online for their review of DeepDownRace, at last I added the link to the page. In addition, for DDR high score section is added. What about the emus? I've tried to update AppleCE and discard gapi altogether but failed. I found no way of capturing those buttons without gapi. And now I'm working on a common code libraries such that all emus can work on mono, palette (HP525) and 12/16-bit color devices. Hope to bring you good news soon.

A Deep Down Race related problem about the volume control bar works strangely on iPaq H3800 devices. The control cannot update volume level correctly except muting it. Though it only affects H3800 devices but I found it very frustrating. The volume control problem haunted me since AppleCE. As a miscellaneous function, it hurts too much. So Volume control is now totally removed. If you need the updated version, please jot me a email and I can deliver the updated version to you.

Sorry for the problem in visiting this site today as too many people are downloading DDR evaluation version and used up my allocated bandwidth. Now the file is linked to gameloftpocket.com for downloading. For the emulators, I think I will also move them to separate sites to reduce loading.

After 3 months effort, I completed the first game I ever made: Deep Down Race!
Its a action-puzzle game which features simple game play but difficult to play good.

Unlike the emulators I published, this game is NOT freeware. I am looking for job for quite some time and I've to support my family. However the price is feeble and please support if you think it worth. In addition, if anyone have job opportunity to offer, you can consider me.

Button remapping logic used in CEgg is now updated in BFE. Jornada 568 users can download ARM release. However, remember to remap the buttons. In addition SH3 version is now compiled for Jornada 548 users.

After long time without updating the emus, some minor updates are mainly to cater for the Jornada devices. In addition to update button remapping to read 568's button codes, 548 do not have enough buttons to map and now you can tap the screen to skip a particular button mapping. In addition a 150% zoom mode is finally added, finally because original 133% zoom is more difficult to do but I was lazy to redo the panel to cater for the change. Also you can now choose 44.1khz sound sampling in addition to 22.05khz though I can't notice much difference between. See if I can update bfe for 568 device within days.

I think there's more I can do to improve the PCE emulator being giving up. So I spent time in rewriting graphic portion for the sixth time, plus hacking into the CPU core. It works better this time and is quite playable on my EM500 under 12 fps (4 frame skip).

As I want to play Nectaris on my EM500, I tried to emulate PC Engine in dirty way such that it can play at reasonable speed. However, its really slow and I think the project is a failure. However I posted the emulator online anyway, in case any one of you are curious and want to have a look.

CE/gg version 0.4 final released!
From the feedback I received so far, more features and bug-fix can be implemented to make it better. So here it is, 0.4 final release. Sorry for the confusion lately on withdrawing the release. As there're handful of bugs and compatibility problem on some machines. So I withdrawn and investigate on the issue a bit, at the sametime added more features and fixed more bugs. So if you have the old 0.4 release, please download the new one.

CE/gg version 0.3 released! This should be final release.
Video rendering is rewritten for faster speed and smaller memory. However, these improvements are spent by double buffering codes that solve sprite flickering problem. As a result, you will see the difference except sprites flicker become more solid than before.
Sound support is improved also. I give up my homebrew sound emulation and use sn76496 module as in smsplus. The result? Good!

New web site design. Though simple but I think its better to have a front page for all projects.
