Brad Brown's Swing Bike Restoration Part I

Brad's Blue Swing Bike Brad's Blue Swing Bike

From Brad's Registration: "Worn condition, but straight and only surface rust, needs mudguards and new seat, original slick tyre worn beyond use, still has metal badge on front (otherwise I wouln't have known what it was) sitting on the side of someones house, left note asking to buy it, owners away for about 2 weeks, went back around 7 times, finally owners came home and I got myself a much-wanted swing bike!!!! Plan to fully restore in a few months."

A note from Brad: "... the swinger has got outta hand!! What was initially going to be a respray/tidy up has turned into a full rebuild with many new parts...basiclly it'll be a new bike!! I am having the frame sandblasted/powdercoated blue, was going to do green but can't get a close match, have bought brand new wheels and ordered new sissy bar and handlebars etc!! Should look a treat!"
