1. When you apply to the ring, you have two weeks to put the code on your page and notify Nancy or Rosie. One reminder will be sent after 10 days. If the code is not in place after two weeks, the site will expire from the queue and you will have to reapply.

2. All members must have the guestbook link on the first page of their site or have a special birthday page. This is to make it easier to find the guestbook link.

3. ALL content MUST be suitiable for all ages. No links to any adult only sites, no alcholic advertizements.

4. You must sign up for the newsletter. The newsletter is sent once monthly. You will only get email from the listmaster. Occasionally there is a follow up email sent if a birthday was missed or there needs to be a correction. But this is all the email you can expect to receive from this list.

5. Please make sure you visit all the webpages listed in each newsletter and sign their guestbooks. We do check and if you are not participating on a routine basis you will be dropped from the club. There is not on excessive amount of pages to visit - maybe at the most So in one month's time, this is not asking too much.

6. If you prefer, you may send the club member an ecard instead. Please let Nancy or Rosie know. If you don't have their email address, we can provide it for you but please refrain from sending any spam.
