Week 13 Scores

Missouri Manglers 114
Butchers 83

The Priest Holmes show is on once again in the state of
Missouri. The Manglers beat the Butchers by 31 which was
one point under Priest Holmes' total of 32. The Carolina
defense also scored 31. Drew Brees led the Butchers with
21 points, and the New England defense threw in another 20.
The Manglers move up to 8-5, and the Butchers fall to 6-7.

American Looney 161
West Texas Mustangs 95

Drew Bledsoe had a pretty good week for the Loons. He got
64 points. LaDainian ran pretty well, too. He got 45
points. All by their lonesome they beat the 'Nags. Well,
the 22 from the Colts didn't hurt either. The Mustangs
were led by Joey Harrington with 21 points. The Loons
improve to 8-5 as well. The loss drops the Mustangs to
4-9 and pretty much out of playoff contention.

Mark's Mules 127
Outlanders 100

Rich Gannon threw for 41 points to lead all scorers on the
way to yet another Mules win. Atlanta's defense chipped in
27 to provide the margin of victory. Aaron Brooks led the
Outlanders scoring output with 25 points. They also got 23
from the Saints' defense. The Mules at 11-2 have a nice
clinch on the Halas Division. The Outlanders fall to 2-11
and way out of it.

Meek Boys 141
Bemay Gizzards 135

In our Edge Close Shave of the Week, it's the Meeks -- yes,
you're seeing that right, the Meeks -- edging the Gizzards
by only six points. Clinton Portis got 41 for the winners,
sharing top honors with the Gizzards' Daunte Culpepper as
top scorer. The Meeks got 31 more from Eric Moulds, 24
from Peyton Manning, and 20 from the Bucs' defense.
Culpepper's 41 was tops for the Gizzards, but they got
double digit performance from nearly all the rest of the
team. The Meeks sit pretty at 12-1. The loss moves
the Gizzards down to 6-7, but they should still make the
playoffs.

Dawgs 179
Pigskin Pipsqueaks 96

Meanwhile in the Lombardi Division, it's clobberin' time.
First, the Dawgs whupped up on the Pips, winning by 83.
Ricky Williams shouldered the load for the Puppies with 56
points. Brad Johnson added 46 more, and the San Francisco
defense put up 25. Brett Favre led the Pips as usual with
32 points, but that was about it. The Dawgs move up to 7-6,
and the Pips fall to 3-10.

McKamikaze Highlanders 200
WhoDey 71

For those of you wondering why I traded Pennington for Vick,
now you know why. Sixty-five points. Wow! Plus, the
Eagles scored 46 off the Rams poor offensive play -- who
knew Warner's hand was broken? Garrison Hearst ran for
another 36 points, and Sebastian Janikowski put up 22 off
his toe. Trent Green led the No Name Boys with 32 points.
The Highlanders move up to 7-6, too, still tied for the
division lead. Who Dey fall to 4-9.
