This time the blonde warlord returns with news of another threat to her charge - a deadly danger which could destroy both Gabrielle and all the young Amazon queen holds dear unless it can be stopped in time. As the unlikely trio begin their quest, a surprised Xena and Gabrielle soon realize that the woman now traveling with them is not the bloodthirsty killer they've known before. A child has touched the ice-cold heart of the blonde immortal, opening that heart to possibilities even Callisto would never have suspected. Very well-written and quite original, this story has it ALL - great action, suspense, TERRIFIC characterizations of all the main players, some interesting surprises, a magnificently passionate, sweetly romantic depiction of the Xena/Gab relationship and AMAZONS! Most XWP fan fiction tends to either concentrate on Xena and Gabrielle OR Callisto. This story offers a rare treatment in which all three are equally well-portrayed and well-integrated into the plot offering a tale which should delight Xenites and Callisto fans alike. REVELATIONS This was originally supposed to be a sexy little PWP. The idea was created in the incredibly sensual mind of my friend Karon, who flattered me immensely by asking me if I would write it. IN SICKNESS An amusing new story which like all of Godot's fiction will soon have you thoroughly engaged in her very loving portrayal of the warrior and her bard. It's that relationship in fact which is challenged in this little tale when Gabrielle finds herself taking care of a sick, very cranky and exceedingly difficult Warrior Princess who just insists on testing her patience. Never one to give up easily, however, the bard takes up the challenge and soon is even surprising Xena with her zest to experiment with new healing techniques ;-) This is funny and tender and for some of you I'm sure it will be familiar too! The tale begins with Gabrielle daring Xena to accept a bet which the competitive Warrior Princess of course is helpless to refuse. The details are simple - Xena has to spend a day WITHOUT showing aggression or intimidating people in any way ;-) What the warrior doesn't count on is a mischievous little bard making things a tad more difficult for her. Godot is a master at bringing across the playfulness and the deep love in the Xena/Gab relationship, throwing in a bit of spice for good measure >:) This is a fun, wicked, sweet little tale that will remind you of why you like this TV series so much.
