"WHAT HAPPENED TO SAUL, AT HIS CONVERSION TO PAUL, AT ACTS CH 9"?

Saul is first mentioned at Acts 7:58, where he is guarding the garments of those who were in the act of stoning the Jewish prophet Stephen to death! At that point in time and place, Saul was, as he so stated of himself in Phil 3:5 "CIRCUMCISED THE EIGHTH DAY,OF THE STOCK OF ISRAEL,OF THE TRIBE OF BENJAMIN A HEBREW,OF THE HEBREWS. AS TOUCHING THE LAW,(A PHARISEE"). Also, at that same point in time and place, Saul was a renowned, fanatical persecutor of all those who claimed to be "followers of Christ Jesus", the self proclaimed Messiah-King of Israel, e.g. Act 9:1,2.

The "religious sects", called The Pharisees and The Sadducees, were the leaders of all such religious persecutions, and were the "religious", "self-righteous", "deadly enemies" of Christ Jesus, and all those who claimed to be "Christ-ians", or "Christ-Ones". Saul was (then) one of their most zealous "persecutors". It was while Saul was traveling on the road to Damas- cus, Acts 9:1-3, that he had a unique personal encounter with the risen Christ Jesus, "AS A GLORIOUS LIGHT AND A DIVINE VOICE,FROM HEAVEN" (vs 3,4). As a result of that heavenly encounter, Saul was struck blind for three days, and at the end of those 3 days, he was told by Christ Jesus to go to the home of one called Ananias, who proceeded To "lay hands upon Saul" (according to the Jew's religion, e.g. Mark 16:17),and to receive (the (Jewish requirement) of water baptism. This Saul did, and simply arose a saved convert to National Israel`s Christ Jesus, as Messiah-King, i.e. to National Israel's ancient religion of JUDAH-ism, or JU-dahism or JEW-dahism! Upon his "conversion" to the foregoing, Paul was no longer a "devoutly religious", "self-righteous", "Christ hating Pharisee", but began (immediately) to proclaim the basic tenet of National Israel's JUDAH-ism, as follows:

Acts 9:2O,22 "AND STRAIGHTWAY HE PREACHED CHRIST,IN THE (Jewish) SYNAGOGUES.THAT HE IS THE (Messianic) SON OF GOD". AND SAUL IN- CREASED THE MORE IN STRENGTH AND CONFOUNDED THE JEWS ),WHICH DWELT AT DAMASCUS. PROVING THAT THIS IS THE VERY CHRIST".

Yes, in three short days, Saul, the "self-righteous" Christ persecuting Pharisee, did a 18O degree about face, and spent the remainder of his life proclaiming The Rightful Divine Messiahship of Christ Jesus. God had changed Saul to Paul!. In order to fully grasp that which took place at Acts Ch 9,i.e.when Saul, "The Pharisee" became Paul, "The Judah-ite" one should consider the following facts:

(1). By definition, An Israelite is one who has been born as a literal, fleshly descendant of Jacob (i.e. whose name was changed at Gen 32:24-32, from Jacob to Israel); Who were thereafter known as "The Children (i.e. the descendants) of Israel.. It was at Mt Sinai, for the first time in biblical history, that God created The (new, ethnic) Nation of Israel (out of) The Children of, i.e. the fleshly descendants of (Gentile) Jacob-Israel.

(2). Hebrew is the ancient Shem-itic language, "adopted by" The Ethnic Nation of Israel. See Acts 21:4O; Acts 22:2; Acts 26:14; Luke 23:38; Matt 27:37; Mark 15:26; John 19:19. (Gentile Abram),living in the City of Hebron, spoke Shemitic Hebrew Gen 13:18; 14:13

(3). To be called "A JEW" may also be applied to Gentile converts to JEW-dahism. As well as to any Israelite, who has accepted "the basic tenet of JUDAH-ism"; i.e. That Christ Jesus was, and is indeed--National Israel's prophesied Messiah-King. As so prophesied in Gen 49:8-11; Isa 7:14; Isa 9:6,7; Micah 5:2,and elsewhere in Old Testament Scriptures.

(4). While anyone "may become a Jew"; JUDAH-ism is "a religion", not "a Nationality"!

(5). But one can only "become an Israelite" by virtue of one's "natural birth", Acts Ch15:
