Upon acceptance, constributors will need to supply a computer disk with the article in MS Word 6.0 or ASCII format. We ask that contributors also supply an electronic mail address, phone number, and fax number for the sake of expedient communication. Book reviews are assigned by the editors.

Subscriptions are $25/year postpaid for both individuals and libraries. Subscribers outside the United States should add $12.00 (in U.S. currency) for postage and handling (or $20 for delivery by air).
