PLAYGROUND

I'm not here for a long time; I'm here for a good time.

I'm just playing around in this area.

Hang Loose!

Downtown Chicago on Balboa Street.

Pud , the Wonder Cat ,looks on as the people pass by.

Elvis, Marilyn, "FlyBoy" are there; I'm in the sewer.

(this was my final project in a Digital Photography class)

This is what you are likely to see if you were to pass by my campsite.

I don't take Flat Stanley along, but Oven-Ready is hanging in the background. The Scream is there to benefit the visually impaired, as is the pink flamingo and the tiki torch.

Not pictured is my motion activated rubber frog who croaks as you pass by.

In 1995 the photo lab students. (a.k.a. Lab Rats) at Oakland Community College (Royal Oak Campus) participated in "A DAY IN THE LIFE OF ROYAL OAK" documentary project.

Thirty Two of us documented life in Royal Oak.

As luck would have it, I ran into Elvis at the Supermarket and got him to come outside into the light; the sign on the wall helped .....'High Quality Copies as low as 10 cents each'.

We used the image on posters in town and on invitations to guests for our show opening.

This is Rod's house; it's not your normal house.

The side facing toward the lake is all glass. Inside, there are shapes that could impress M.C.Escher (hallways which disappear into a wall).

This is my preferred location to go for New Years Eve parties. Rod has hosted these parties for over thirty years!

True Artists Support The Arts........all Arts!

Some things are pure classics.

Marilyn and 59 Cadillac fins are two which come to mind.

" Light Works in Mysterious Ways".

I often bend the rules as to where the light is coming from and where it is going.

I sometimes hang this on the door to the school Photo Studio. Makes one wonder.

My favorite media is the postcard. This is one I made for a trip to Martinique.

The caption is:"Hey, Lady, you forgot your top".

Looking toward the edge makes it a 'French Postcard' which is deliverable in the US.

When an negative gets badly mishandled, it still has a second life.

This negative got scrunched,; when straightened, the crease became a split in the emulsion.

Whelp, use some magic markers on the backround and print it and act as if it was intentional.

If the concept of destroying negatives appeals to you, please check out my page called OPTIGASMS .... you'll love it!

August 1999 The Photo Lab Rats had their First Annual Camp-Out.

Here I'm making a desert known as Doughnut Flambeau. (The doughnuts are in the lower stainless steel pot; the frying pan is for putting out the grease fire).

The Earth is indeed round.

Club Med>>Hautulco, Mexico

This is my bud, whom I call The J-Lady.

The J-Lady takes my theoretical web pages created on a Mac, with PageMill ,and converts them into something viewable.

This site wouldn't be here without her help!

THANKS, bud!

Night photography with open flash and a one second exposure with a twist.

A pinhole camera photo of a manhole to be repaved. Added a stop sign, car, and mechanic rolling a tire.
"Play on the furniture?.........I Wasn't on the furniture.....honest!"

This is the Classic/2000 Edition, ......over eighty images from the Florida Keys......Required Viewing!!! This is OvenReady At His Best, before he got clothes!

Don't get mixed up, this isn't San Salvador in Central America. This San Salvador is a Club Med in the Bahamas. About twenty pictures here. ....... First attempt at making a website.

You may have been laughing at my use of the moniker: PhA (ADSP)..... Whelp, this is what I was doing as Art. I never said Fine Art....I do Crude Art and am not ashamed.

If you are a youngster, or the parent of one, you know what Flat Stanley is all about. If neither, take a peek!

Just some photos, with a bit of a twist or quirk.

Underwater. I own a simple underwater camera (Hanimex Anphibian), I took it to the right water and got sharks, submarines, divers and water closets
