Tortilla Soup
- 4-5 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can ranch style beans, drained
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix all together and simmer 1 hour. Serve with grated cheese and tortilla chips.
