Nathan and I first met when my Aunt introduced at Easter in 2003, now 3 years later and many riding miles we are engaged to be married May. We both enjoy trail riding in the mountains and have been many places from the Alleghany National Forest to riding with the Elk in Elk Forest, Benezette, PA. and along the mountain tops in Virgina. We just recently have learned about Competive Trail Riding and are looking at giving that a try, I still enjoy my Combined Training but due to knee surgery this past February I have been off for the year and am just happy to be back on a horse again. We are currently working out of my parents farm but once we get married we would like to find a farm of our own and starting breeding and raising some cow breed horses and sport horses. Below you will find our horses click to learn more about them. Soon I will be getting pages put up with pictures of places we have gone. Check back soon. If you like to trail ride sign our guest book and tell us the places you have been we are always looking forward to meeting new people to ride with. |
Skippers Passin Fancy - 2002 APHA/PtHA/IRC Paint Thoroughbred Gelding Skippy has gone off and on the market but he is soo darn likeable it makes it really hard to get rid of him. I have started riding him more and he is turning into a nice trail horse. Nate and I are getting married this June and Skippy and Shadow make a beautiful pair for the wedding. |
Bask Midnight Shadow - 2000 Half-Arabian Mare Shadow is our homebred mare that was raised and trained by me. We have competed up to Novice in Combined Training and have spent many hours riding in the mountians. I have free jumped this little mare up to 3'6" and she does it with her ears perked and with ease. She is my little jumping bean. I am thinking of breeding her in the next year or two to one of the studs at Flying colors farm in Florida for a colorful Shadow jumping baby |
Wheels Blazin Bandit - 2000 AQHA Foundation Mare Blaze came to us this past November by a couple who gave her to us from Harrisburg. She has a small bone chip in her knee and they wanted her to go to a good home. She has been pleasureable addition. She is such a sweet heart that even if she is only ever healed enough to be a light riding horse she is going to be a wonderful mother. |

Boogey - 2003 AQHA Gelding We knew we would be getting Nate another horse but we thought we would be looking more in the spring but when these two met I knew it was met to be. They get along so well together and Nate took a likeing to him immediately So home he came and adorable he is. He still has some growing to do but he is going to be the perfect match for Nate. |
Pokey - (one on right) this was Nate's first horse and to make room for Boogey we sold him to my Aunt who was looking for a laid back horse for her to ride and Pokey fit the bill perfectly so they will have many years of enjoyment. |
