Eduardo, Jackie, Aime and Lucille flew from Winnipeg to Calgary and rented a
car. We drove out to Banff National Park, and stayed at the Banff Boundary Lodge,
which was on the outskirts of the park. Over the next few days, we hiked and
drove around the park, taking in breathtaking scenes of mountains, trees and
lakes. We saw lots of animals, though no ‘cervezas’ (bears? beers?).

Caribou by the side of the road. Okay, this time we used a zoom lens, but it
was out of respect for the animal…I’m sure we could have walked
right up to it and taken the picture anyway!
Incredible. And incredibly loud!
Eduardo showing off. Is that a rubber tree?
