Reivalia was born to a pair of dragonriders, the goldrider Cenilai and the brownrider Z'baon, at Vantar Weyr. She has a twin sister, Ierila, who is currently a brownrider at Vantar Weyr. Her older brother, Schatten, is 17 Turns, and was Searched just a few sevendays ago for Adanuk Weyr. At 15 Turns, she has several younger siblings, none of whom are old enough to Impress at this time. The closest in age is Zecan, a full brother, who is 12 Turns. However, the Searchdragons already like him, and many think that he'll be Searched very soon. Reivalia was given the chance to stand at Vantar Weyr, which she declined, not believing that she could Impress a gold and hold up to her mother's high expectations. She turned down a chance at Tarizal Weyr, as well. However, after she was Searched for the third time for Ocean Side Weyr, Reivalia accepted. She's afraid now that the queen dragonet will reject her, as will all of the other dragonets.
Reivalia is often seen in a pink or golden dress, the two colors that she loves. She carries an ornate pack over her right shoulder at most times, although many think that's a strange habit. Her hair is straight and red, falling down to her shoulderblades. A fair complexion is complemented by startling green eyes and a soft, gentle smile. Her fingers are long and nimble, excellant for sewing or weaving.
Although Reivalia looks very innocent and kind, her nature can be much differant. She has a habit of talking back to her elders, which is looked down on from the Holders and Crafters. However, at the Weyr, this was never chastised too badly, which is why she still does that. She has a quick mind an a sarcastic tounge, and she often says something before she thinks about what she's saying. Although this has hurt many people, Reivalia would never hurt anyone intentionaly. Deep inside she is a caring soul with a tounge that's just a bit to quick for her to control.
