experience to enforce of strong ability of complex
engineering designs in development and manufacture process using CAD/CAE
systems ANSYS, FLOTRAN, CFX, LS-DYNA, Patran/Nastran in connections with
ProEngineer, SolidWorks, CATIA.
Full complex simulations for maintenance of durability
and reliability products at the design stage.
1. Simulation of linear static strength, nonlinear
geometrical and physical strength. (With take to account large geometry and
plastically deformations, complex material stress-strain curves and
upload-unload material curves, composites and plastic materials).
2. Buckling simulation of stability loss for parts and
designs in linear and nonlinear conditions.
3. Fatigue calculations.
4. Thermostrength of designs with take to account
nonlinearities under item #.1. Including heat radiating exchange effect between
heated parts.
5. Simulation of destruction processes for designs
parts and whole assemblies. Analysis of shock processes from various sources
-blasting explosives, solid, liquid and gasseous environments and their
combinations.
6. Simulation of a dynamics structural strength design
and parts with taking to account of their various interaction. Contact problems
in dynamics with allowance of heat loads from liquid and gaseous environments.
7. Physically interacted design analysis with taking
to account jointed forces, thermal, electric, hydro-gas-dynamic and shock
loads.
Industry areas were was applied my skills:
- liquid and solid propulsion engines ballistic
rockets;
- the special automotive industry (wheeled and traked
vehicles, cars);
- barrel systems;
- high temperature vacuum oven;
- oppozte piston engines;
- mine equipment;
- loading gears of transmission;
- bearings constructions of windpowerplants;
- bearings constructions of collapsible houses from
composite materials;
- armour and shields made from aluminium foam,
metalceramic and composites;
- metall structures and reinforce-concrete
constructions of buildings;
List of application was created for automatization of
engineering analysis of durability, dynamics of gears and structures. Alongside
with high theoretical skills I have excellent modern computer technologies
skills, engineering (CAD, CAE) and graphic applications, cluster solutions and
programming (FORTRAN, DELPHI, APDL) orientated on decision of supplied problems.
