Greetings, friend, and many welcomes.  If you are a fan of Nintendo's greatest video game saga, The Legend Zelda, then truly the Goddesses have guided you to the right place!  This humble resource, the so-called Mudora Project, is very special, indeed.  Ah, but I get ahead of myself-- forgive me, my friend, and listen to my tale.

Many years ago, the Nintendo 64 gaming console was graced by the latest chapter in the popular Legend of Zelda series.  Called "Ocarina of Time", it recreated the mythical land of Hyrule in all three glorious dimensions, and entranced gamers with its unique gameplay and compelling story.  "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time", abbreviated to OoT by its fans, became the most popular and successful video game in Nintendo's history, and drew both old and new players into the epic adventures of the Chosen Hero, Link.

OoT was so successful, in fact, that Nintendo released many related products, both in the great nation of America, as well as Nintendo's homeland, Japan.  And yet, even in this world, evil forces were at work!  Only a few products ever found their way to the shores of America, and those were considered by many to be of inferior value.  Special soundtracks, action figures, books, and other such toys remained Japanese exclusives, much to the sorrow of American fans.

The rarest of all these artifacts, though, was the fabled Official "Ocarina of Time" Manga!  A manga, of course, is a Japanese comic book, drawn in black and white, and featuring spectacular art and stories.  The OoT manga is said to be quite good, but few are they who have any experience with it.  The manga was available for a limited time, and no international retailers bothered sellling it.  Only those who either journeyed to Japan, or had a friend do so, were able to purchase the manga.

One such person was Kiera2, a member of the IGN Message Boards, who decided to translate her manga for the benefit of her fellow board members.  Now that the IGN Message Boards are dead, The Mudora Project is pleased to serve as an archive for Kiera2's past translations, and an approved source for future installments.  Here you may read summeries of each chapter of the Official OoT Manga, and someday soon, you may be able to see art samples.

I go by many names, but you may call me by my birth name, Luigi.  I do not own the OoT Manga, and I do not speak Japanese, so I must rely on Kiera2 for all the information featured on this web site.  I serve as the Webmaster, however, overseeing this site and personally creating every page it contains.  Any emails, love pledges, or threats should therefore be directed to me.

Again, I beg your forgiveness, my young apprentice.  Long have I held your ear, while the wonders of this site wait patiently for your eyes.  Go, read the Saga, and see for yourself the expanded tale that is...
