Eoghan (pronounced like Owen, the Welsh version of the same name), together with traditional musicians Gerry McNamara from Limerick, Batt O'Connor from Kerry, Bernie Whelan from Clare and Mick Cronin.

Eoghan and Jerry Mac along side the River ShannonEoghan's long awaited second album "The Clare Hills", Consists of a variety of slow airs, jigs and reels together with one song. While most of the tracks are traditional, from various parts of Ireland , there are also some original compositions in the traditional style.

Eoghan comes from a musical family in Dublin and has been living in Limerick for many years. He can be found playing at informal sessions of traditional Irish music in Limerick. Some good sessions in Limerick city are:

Nancy Blake's, Denmark St. : Mon. to Wed. nights

The Glen Tavern, Glentworth St.: Thur. night

Dolan's, Dock Rd. : every night; Sun. all day

(Note: These dates and venues do change from time to time. Sessions usually start about 9.45p.m.)
