This site was created by Sam Roper and Michael Marin. We
are 15 years old and live in Montreal. We currently attend
Lower Canada College in the nineth grade. To visit our

This site is our term project for English and is based on
the novel Shoeless Joe by W.P. Kinsella. It is about
a young farmer who is compelled to build a baseball field in
order to revived his hero Shoeless Joe Jackson.
This site explores the many fascinating aspects of the
book. These include a short plot summary and a biography of
the main character and the author. You will also find a page
devoted to the award winning motion picture Field of
Dreams. We have included many sound clips from the film
as well as reviews form famous critics.
