7:15 Members and Guests arrive Greeter of guests The Greeter greets guests at the entrance and invites them to sign the guestbook. The Greeter then gives the guest a name tent and assigns a member to introduce the guest during the meeting.
7:30 Meeting commences Sergeant-at-Arms The Sergeant-At-Arms calls the meeting to order and introduces the Chairperson for the evening. The Chairperson acts as a host for the evening, conducts the entire program, and introduces the various participants for each role.
7:31 Invocation Invocator The Invocator begins the meeting with a prayer or an inspirational thought
  1st Toast Toast Timer The Toast-Timer proposes a toast to a person or event that is worthy of recognition
  Introduction of Guests Club Members Guests are introduced by specific club members.
  Philology Philologist The Philologist introduces the "Word of the Week". All club members and guests are encouraged to use the word as much as possible throughout the meeting.
  Business Session Chairperson The Chairperson conducts a business session using parliamentary procedures. This includes the reading of minutes from the previous meeting, reports from club officers, and any discussion of old, unfinished, or new business.
  Humor Humorist The Humorist presents a short joke, a humorous anecdote, or an entertaining thought to lighten up the evening.
  Lesson Experienced Member An Experienced Club Member offers "Words of Wisdom" to club members on an area of importance relevant to Toastmasters
7:55 Table Topics Table Topics Master The Table Topics Master facilitates the impromptu speaking session of the meeting and allows both members (not otherwise scheduled as program participants) and willing visitors to have an opportunity to present one-minute impromptu talks.

8:30 2nd Toast Toastmaster The Toastmaster proposes a second toast to a person or event that is worthy of recognition.
  Prepared speeches Toastmaster The Toastmaster then acts as a Master of Ceremonies in which he/she introduces the speakers (including the General Evaluator), sets the stage for their speeches, and bridges the gap between presentations.
  Prepared speeches Club members Three to four club members are given the opportunity to present their prepared speeches for the evening. These speeches are based on manual project objectives.
  Evaluations

General Evaluator and Evaluators

The General Evaluator introduces each of the Speech Evaluators who then give positive and constructive criticism for the speeches given. The General Evaluator then offers feedback regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the club, the handling of all club roles during the meeting, and how the quality of the club meetings can be improved.
  Quiz Quizmaster To remind us of an important Toastmasters skill – listening – the Quizmaster presents a short quiz with questions related to the meeting.
9:20 Thought of the day Presenter of the Thought The Presenter of the Thought gives an inspirational thought to end the meeting.
  Awards Chairperson The Chairperson invites the Toastmaster to help him hand out the awards for the evening (Best Table Topics, Best Evaluator, and Best Speaker).
  Guest Comments Chairperson The Chairperson invites the guests to share their thoughts and comments on their experience at the meeting.
  Schedule Updates Chairperson The Chairperson briefly runs through the schedule for the next meeting.
9:30 Meeting Adjourns Chairperson The Chairperson officially announces the conclusion of the meeting.
