History: Captain Canada was created along with Panther, and Lovely Lady from the original Hero Warriors, Windsor Warrior, Armie, and Ultra Girl by the villain Pawnmaster. He continued as member of the Hero Warriors for years before being asked to lead the Canadian Superhuman Agency.

Powers and Weapons: Captain Canada has shown immunity to cold and the ability to project blasts of cold and other cold powers. Captain Canada can fly and shares an unique bond with the hero Stalker as he can enter into his Mindscape (and vice versa)
