technical requirements as well and business requirements from Disney and
partners for enhancing the new stores. Store ran successfully through
the christmas season with increased sales over the previous year.

with client project manager and twelve business user’s to gather
requirements for building web-enabled catalog of Verizon’s data products
during a four month engagement; developed project plan including scope
and estimated costs of project.

with client to create a team with the proper mix of resources to ensure
a successful transition of the project to the client’s resources.
