Customer Service Representative; Responsible for handling incoming inquiries via phone. Duties include transfers to other offices, and taking customer information as a lead for the sales deartment. Dealing with both business and residential customers.
Harris Interactive December 1999- July 2000
Interviewer/Web-Based Customer Service Operator; As an interviewer I was responsible for calling businesses and conducting market research studies over the phone. As a Web-Based Customer Service Operator, I was repsonsible for conducting problem solving and the giving of information via internet chat. Also in this postion I was generating leads that are sent to the sales department on a daily basis.
