Scion's of Azrai who possess this power can paralyze targets with but a touch, much like a ghoul. Any target struck by the scion must save vs. paralyzation ( with the same adjustments for the scions bloodline strength as per the Shadow's Chill power) or become paralyzed for 1-6+2 rounds. Armor offers no protection from the touch, only dexterity and magical adjustments apply. The power may be used once per day and lasts for two rounds per level. Note that this power works on any living target, including elves.
