The Runabout XL is the Larger version of the Runabout. Still rather small for a starship the Runabout XL Brings greater performance than its smaller counterpart with 3g's acceleration and better accomodations. The vessel provides better protection to its owner in durability and performance. The vessel is found where greater jump capability is needed. You will also see these as courier vessels, Diplomatic transports, private charters and even some as rentals. The runabout series is the wave of the future for the imperial citizen who wants to travel.
