2008 Schedule - Beginning Dance Classes
Doors open at 6:00pm with video showings, costume fashion shows, and other surprises.
Single classes are $15, or sign up for four classes for $40 (as long as you use the classes within 6 weeks.)

General Class Information
All my classes are for beginners. I do have some intermediate students. I teach Egyptian Classical style, and show the differences
between the various styles of belly dancing (for example, Contemporary Egyptian,
Turkish and American.) I do a little bit of folkloric as well, including Saidi,
Ghawazee, Tunisian, Moroccan, and Turkish. This does not include American
Tribal.
It is best
to wear leggings, and a sports bra or other top that gives you a lot of
support. I generally dance barefoot, but you can wear dance shoes (i.e.
ballet slippers or hermes sandles) if you like.
