Meet the Directors
Lori Motola is a member of the Secaucus Health and Productivity practice. As manager of the enrollment processing system, Lori was instrumental in the continued success of our Health Savings Account (HSA) solution product. Earlier this year, recognizing the need to support significant account growth while ensuring system stability and efficiency, Lori assessed our options and made the recommendation to move to a new enrollment system. She managed all aspects of the project including staffing, documenting requirements, system design, testing, communication, and implementation. Since moving to this enhanced environment, we have cut our processing time to a fraction of what it was previously, significantly improved performance, and enabled Lori�s team to take ownership of the enrollment processes. They are now able to troubleshoot and implement system improvements internally, eliminating external dependencies which have been costly and untimely in the past.
