Whoopee Pies   Aunt Grace's

Cream Together;
½ C Shortening, 1 C granulated Sugar, 1 Tsp Vanilla, and 1 Egg

Sift Together 2 C Flour, ½ tsp Baking Soda, and ½ C Hershey’s Cocoa.

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with 1 C whole milk.
Drop from tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes 400 Degree oven.
Makes 1 Dozen pies


Filling;
Cream together; ¾ C butter, ½ C marshmallow Fluff and ¾ C Confections sugar. Spread in the middle of 2 halves and enjoy!

I wrap mine individually in wax paper.
I also make a double batch of filling (We like them full!!)
Whoopee Pies
