Sue Waldeck’s Chocolate Fudge Cake

400 Degree Oven    30 Min  9X13 greased pan

Melt, Wisk, and bring to a boil on the stovetop;

½ C Crisco 1C Water 1 stick Imperial margarine      4 Tbs. Cocoa

Mix in a bowl;
2 C Flour  2 C Sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2 Eggs 2 tsp Vanilla

Stir together in a 1c Pyrex cup;
½ C Buttermilk and 1 tsp Baking Soda, let set a little bit so it may foam up.
(It is ok if it doesn't)

1. Mix buttermilk mixture into flour mixture
2. Pour hot mix in next (the batter will be thin)

You may add pecans or another kind of nut if you wish.
Make icing while this bakes. Not to be made into layer cakes.

Icing
To be put on warm and on the hot cake.

Bring to a boil;
1 stick Imperial Margarine  6 Tbs Milk  4 Tbs Cocoa
½ C Chopped Pecans 1 tsp Vanilla

You may sprinkle some more pecans on the top.
