2 1/2 pounds Hamburg
8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese (I use Cabot Sharp)
1 Medium Onion chopped & sautéed
2 Eggs
6 oz. can Tomato Sauce
14-16 Saltine Crackers
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (I use fresh garlic)
1 teaspoon celery salt
salt & pepper to taste

Mix 1/2 of the tomato sauce with other ingredients. Press mixture into meatloaf
pan. Top loaf with remaining tomato sauce. Bake on 350* for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

When I make meatballs, I do not use all of the tomato sauce. I only put 2-2 1/2
oz. into the mixture and discard the rest.
