Gloria’s Lemon Delight Layer 1; 1C flour 1 stick butter ˝ C chopped pecans Mix together and press into a 9X13 pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool Layer 2; 1 C Cool Whip 1 C Confectionary sugar 1 8oz Package cream cheese Blend with mixer and spread on first layer. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Layer 3; 2 Packages lemon instant pudding 3C Milk Blend at high speed until thick. Spread on the second layer. Layer 4; 1 Large size Cool Whip Spread over third layer. ( I sprinkle additional ground pecans on top) Keep Refrigerated. |
