Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins
From My Mom…Peg Rooney

½ C Butter (1 stick) room temp (just soft to the touch)
1 ¼ C Granulated Sugar  2 eggs
2 C Flour  1/2 Tsp. Salt 2 Tsp. Baking Powder
½ C Whole Milk
1 ½ Cups Blueberries
2 Tsp Granulated sugar for the tops before baking.

Cream Together;
Butter and Granulated Sugar till fluffy.
Add eggs 1 at a time and mix well.

Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed ingredients alternately with whole Milk
Stir in blueberries by hand.
Grease muffin tins and be sure to do the top of the tin also. Fill with batter to the top Pile high!
Sprinkle tops with sugar.

This will make 1 Dozen regular or 6 of the large ones.

Bake 375 Degrees for 25 to 35 Minutes.

Be sure to cool ½ hour before removing from the muffin tin.
