1 med fresh pineapple peeled and cored and cut into ½ “ chunks
6 oranges, peeled and seeded and cut into ½ “ segments
1cup flaked coconut
1/3 cup sugar (sometimes I use brown sugar)
3 tablespoons dry or golden sherry (orange juice can be substituted, but the sherry makes it really special!)

Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least 4 hours or up to 8 hours.

Sauce:
¼ cup butter
½ cup packed brown sugar
1-8 oz carton dairy sour cream
1-teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter in small saucepan and add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.  Add sour cream, vanilla and stir until well blended.

Sauce can be chilled, but this recipe works best if you put the warm sauce over the chilled fruit and sprinkle with a little more brown sugar!  YUM
