Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest
Version: Japanese / Dubbed
Seen At: Suncoast and Cartoon Network
Rating: PG-13
Review: Four and a Half Stars

The World's Strongest centers around a brain wanting Goku's body and that is just a little strange. Though, it's a Dragon Ball Z and everyone wants to take over the world, so, you put up with it.
The animation, like any other DBZ movie, was moderetly good. What I can't understand is that this anime is still popular when it came out, first, in 1986. Some would say it's a miracle that it lasted so long, but, dudgeing by my high reviews of the movies, I think that it can stand alone without any miracles.
The Japanese voices are always better then the English ones, and, I heard, that the people who watched it on Cartoon Network awhile back didn't like it very much, so, I guess the voices made all the difference.
The end where everybody is laughing is a little wierd, but the ending song is not Zenkai Power like the rest; that's another reason to check it out. I haven't seen it at any places to rent. If you want to watch it, you're going to have to buy it.
I recently saw it, finally, in English, on Cartoon Network. Well, the dub wasn't all that bad, the voices for Dr. Kochin and Dr. Wheelo could of been better. Also, Dr. Wheelo's name is Dr. Wheelo, not Dr. Willow like the dub pronounced it.
