| Version: Japanese / Dubbed Sean At: Hollywood Video and Suncoast Rating: R Review: Five Stars Perfect Blue is one of the greatest animes that I have ever seen; it being on the first animes that I saw out of the Toonami Line-Up. It has to be over a year since the first time I saw it Dubbed. Both versions of this anime were great; the Dubbed version, though, cut out a sex scene during a strip part in a movie, but the English was still good without it. The movie's animation was just as good, and you wouldn't believe how great! It's a little confusing at spots, but you, the viewer, are supposed to decide what is halucination and what is actually real. I had to watch this movie twice to figure out what actually happened. The climax of the movie got a few laughs from people watching it, but, overall, it was a pretty frightening movie. |
