CHOCOLATE LOVER'S BROWNIES
(Yield: 2 dozen)

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup self-rising flour
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

In a large saucepan, combine butter and chocolate; heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is melted and smooth.  Cool slightly.

Add sugar, stirring until well blended.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Stir in flour, vanilla, chocolat morsels, and walnuts, mixing until flour is just blended.  Spread evenly in prepared baking pan.

Bake for 25 minutes.  Cool in baking pan on a wire rack.  Cut into squares.
