BEST EVER COOKIE
(Yield: 9 dozen)

4 cups all-purpose flour
5 cups oat flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 12-ounce packages semisweet chocolate morsels
8 ounces grated milk chocolate
3 cups chopped pecans

In a large bowl, combine flour, oat flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda; set aside.

Preheat oven to 375°F.  Lightly spray cookie sheets with non-stick vegetable spray.

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.  Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well blended.  Stir in flour mixture, 1 cup at a time, until well blended.  Stir in chocolate morsels, grated chocolate, and pecans.  Shape into balls; place, 2-inches apart, on prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.  Remove from cookie sheets; cool completely on a wire rack.
