| Oct. 1985: When the Pan Am Boeing 747-200 "Maiden of the Seas" took off in London Heathrow Airport on its way to New York City Kennedy Airport with 258 people on board nobody could believe what tragedy just started. Over the city of Lockerbie, a small town in Northern UK a bomb in the luggage area explodedis.. It crashed down on the little town killing all passengers and crewmembers and also 12 towncitizens. |

| 130 people died in a Planehijaking on the Comores Islands near the West African coast. The Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 767-200 got hijaked on its flight to Addis Abeba. The hijaker wanted to fly to Australia but there wasnt enough gas on board. An Emergency landing close the isles of Comores had many fatalities. |

| There is no doubt, Airplanes are usefull weaponst for terrorists! A couple of years agot a Airbus A300 of Indian Airlines got hijaked. The passengers got kept for weeks until they got freed by special forces in the city of Kandahar (Afghanistan) In the 70s 4 planes from Switzerland or the States were destroyed in the desert of Jordan after a pro Palestine group hijaked the planes and bombed them. Noone got killed. 2004 a couple of women entered 2 domestic airliners in Moscow. The Tupolevs exploded over next to the cities of Tula and Rostov killing around 90 passengers. |
