Second, you have to have a goal or purpose - at AMC, we fly for a reason. The success and growth (addition of aircraft, flights, destinations) is completely based on our performance as an airline. Finally, you have to allow your pilots and managers to have a stake in the future of the airline. That is why nearly every major decision at AMC is made by the airline as a whole through a carefully-planned voting system
AMC does not represent a real-world airline, but this gives us freedom to make the airline exactly what we want it to be. We do, however, simulate real-world aviation very closely.
