	By Alyza The PLO and Hamas are terrorist organizations, Hamas listed as such by the US State Department. While Israel has acted in self-defense and aimed at those firing at Israeli citizens or those who mastermind bombings, the PLO and Hamas have been busy targeting civilians. From June 1st to August 10th alone, reports the Jerusalem Post, 54 Jewish civilians have been murdered, and 7 soldiers killed. In this same period, 57 Arabs were killed, most of them as they perpetrated violence. Some blew themselves up killing Jews, and some in "work accidents", where bombs made to murder more Jewish citizens of Israel exploded prematurely. Since the start of the "peace" accords, terrorism, murder of Jewish civilians by Hamas and the PLO have risen, not fallen. This is not peace. Any nation who has its civilian population being murdered in pizza shops, in discos, at bus stops, and driving to work has a right and obligation to defend its citizens. It has a right and obligation to prevent attacks, if necessary by striking first at the terrorists.
