Around 1980 Abe Klassen, a California fruit farmer, decided that the galvanized metal picking buckets he had been using were inadequate and set out in search of an alternative. His search eventually led him to design, manufacture, use, and sell a plastic bucket. These sturdy buckets are made of virgin plastic with a built-in UV inhibitor. |
