INTRO

My love of cemeteries began when I was a child. The neighborhood I grew up in used to be a farm. There was a small family plot down a path through the woods. Some of my earliest memories are of walking to that cemetery with some friends, checking out the 2 cabin ruins along the way. I don't remember there being more than about 10 markers, some wooden and some stone. I don't recall if they were legible or not. Later on, the land was developed, but the cemetery remained, down a little path, between two lots. Maybe someday I'll go back and get pictures if anything remains.
