- Land's End Just like the catalog but on-line.
- TravelSmith Comfortable travel clothes and all sorts of travel gear. I bought some a comfy fleece outfit from them and wore it on the long plane trip to Paris.

Computers and Electronics
- Shopper.com Not a store, but this site will tell you what on-line stores have the product you're looking for. The listing gives information on price, shipping, availability and a link to the on-line store. The best feature is that you can sort the list by price so you can find the cheapest price.
- Buy.com We bought our Palm Pilots from here after using Shopper.com to find the best price.
- The Dragon's Den Great prices on computer games. They're in Canada so note that the prices are in Canadian dollars. There is a conversion to give you the approximate US price (actual will show up on your credit card statement). The shipping from Canada wasn't bad either. They said 14-28 days but it only took about 10.
- Satellite One We bought our DISH system from here. Good price, good service.

Flowers and Gifts
- Proflowers Just ask mom how much she likes the flowers I send her! She says the roses she received for her birthday were so long she had to cut them in the bathtub!
- Les Pastiches This is my sister's brother-in-law's on-line site of beautifully hand-painted accessories. I've seen his work and it's beautiful!

Home and Gardening
- Garden.com Lots of plants and gardening tools and equipment. I ordered some handtools from them a while back so I can't speak about their live plants. The tools are great though.

Sewing
- Phoenix Textiles Excellent quality fabric at incredible prices. Their prices start at $1.00 per yard (their "yard" is 39 inches) but when they run out of something it can't be reordered. They update the site often with new selections so check back often. They have another store Sewsational with re-orderable fabric that is still priced below wholesale. They do have a minimum order of $10 but if you're like me, that's not hard to achieve!
- Nancy's Notions Lots and lots of sewing notions, many at below retail prices. She also has periodic sales of either free shipping or a percentage off your order.
- Midwest-Thread This is where I buy all my machine embroidery thread. They have 1000 yard Rayon Madeira thread for only $2.15 per spool.
- The Sewing Place I'm fortunate that this store is in my area so I don't have to order on-line. They have a wide variety of unique patterns as well as notions and fabric.
- Sewstuff They sell machine embroidery software to create your own designs and cards and disks with embroidery designs on them. I ordered software from them and it was delivered promptly.
- Vikant Corporation I bought a generic blank card for my Pfaff sewing machine from them. Compared to a genuine Pfaff card, it has twice the storage and only is half the price. It works great and I had no problem with ordering or shipping.
- Sewing Rummage This is a site where people list the sewing (and sometimes knitting) machines and accessories that they want to sell. You then contact the person via email to do business. I think most are private party but there are probably some dealers who sneak in. I have not bought anything through here, but I occasionally browse the listings.
