Shrimp casserole

• 1 cup cooked brown rice
• 1 pound shrimp , peeled and deveined
• 1/2 cup minced onion
• 1 bay leaf
• 3 cups peeled and chopped tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Toss all the ingredients together and bake in a covered casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
