Emeril's Spiced Shrimp
- 1 dozen large shrimp , peeled and deveined
- 3-4 tablespoons of Rustic Rub:
- 8 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons cayenne
- 5 tablespoons black pepper
- 6 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons onion powder
- 6 tablespoons salt
- 2-1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2-1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
Wash the shrimp , then toss them in the bowl with the Rustic Rub.
Place on a grill and grill until cooked through.
Serve immediately.
