Fettuccine with Shrimp and Snowpeas

Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente.

Drain pasta and keep warm.

While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

Sauté garlic, shrimp and snowpeas 3-4 minutes stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and cooked throughout.

Stir in pesto and salt and pepper to taste.

Combine shrimp and snowpeas mixture with pasta in a serving bowl.

Serve with Parmesan.
