Baja Shrimp Salad

• 1 lb. cooked shrimp , thawed and drained
• 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
• 12 radishes, thinly sliced
• 4 scallions, sliced
• 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
• 1 Tbs. sugar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Chill .
