Cook and drain pasta.
Blend cottage cheese.
Spray med skillet with oil.
Set to HIGH heat.
Saute: zuchinni, carrots, green onions, shrimp, salt, and pepper for approx 8 minutes, stirring often.
Stir in the pasta and snap beans.
Cook 3 more minutes.
Remove to a glass bowl, set aside.
To the skillet (HIGH heat) add the milk and cottage cheese.
Bring to a boil. Cook while constantly stirring for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and pasta mixture.
Cook 1 more minute.
