Fettucini with Shrimp and Pepper Confetti

• 1 package fettucini
• 1 green pepper, seeded and diced to the 1/4" dice
• 1 red pepper, seeded and diced to the 1/4" dice
• 1 yellow pepper, seeded and diced to the 1/4" dice
• 1 dozen large shrimp , peeled and deveined
• 3-4 tablespoons olive oil

Place the fettucini in water in the pasta insert in the bottom of the pasta pot.

Place the shrimp and the confetti peppers in the steamer tray over the pasta insert.

Boil until the pasta is done.

The steam from the boiling water will steam the shrimp and vegetables.

Drain the fettucini and place in a serving bowl.

Pour the olive oil over and toss.

Add the shrimp and pepper confetti and serve.
