Welcome to my web page! Take a look around. Most of my pics are now on my pics page. Another hot Sacramento summer has desended and so staying cool is a major priority when I'm not running. Basically a single guy although I've been dating as well. On the running front, I ran a half marathon in May, and will be racing some shorter races this summer to try yo get some speed work incorporated into my training. We'll be taking another good team to the Lake Tahoe Marathon this fall to defend our relay team title. I guess at my age, I might have at least one more good year for my leg of the race! Back training and racing with Fronrunners Sacramento where I'm also the racing and training coordinator. Updated 8/3/03

I'm into running and working out. I have two really cool greyhound dogs that I adopted from Greyhound Rescue: Wicked and Bart. I'm also finishing up some grad work in psychology. I enjoy sci-fi, books, cooking, politics, and clubbing occasionally. I have a really cool family that are super-supportive and I have a gay brother as well. I'm always interested in meeting new friends. II'm 42 Yrs.(yes, did the 40's milestone!), 5'11", 167lbs., leanly muscular (great legs;)). How about getting together for coffee or a cocktail?
