Our regular reunion, held every five years, was held on Friday, June 24, 2005 at the Edina Country Club. More than 100 classmates and spouses attended. Many of your classmates still live in Minnesota, but some traveled from California, Washington, Maryland and other states to attend. It was announced that our fiftieth reunion in 2010 may be held on the fiftieth floor of the IDS tower. This is only in the concept stage and nothing is yet final. When asked, the reunion attendees approved of such an idea.

Your Reunion Committee recommends that all class members register with www.classmates.com. This will make it easier for us to keep in contact with the class members. More than 90 of your classmates have already registered. There is no charge to register.

Washburn High School's 75th Anniversary
Washburn High School held an open house at the school on Sunday, June 3, 2001 to celebrate the school's seventy-fifth anniversary. More than 2000 people, including several graduates from the class of 1960, attended the event. There are more than 16,000 graduates of Washburn.
