With regard to accounting and financial matters, I have testified and/or participated in thirty to forty legal and regulatory cases. These have all involved accounting and financial matters.

Classes and presentations have been made for the American Bankers' Association; Arthur Andersen & Company; Data Processing Management Association; Brown University; George Washington University; Georgetown University; Howard University; Metropolitan Life Insurance Company; Salisbury State College; Society for Advancement of Management; US Department of Commerce; etc. I have served as seminar leader or discussion leader for the American Institute of CPAs, the Institute of Management Accountants, the National Society of Public Accountants and at least ten different state societies of CPAs and other local accounting organizations. I and other personnel connected with the CPA School of Washington regularly present CPE programs on the premises of a variety of CPA firms and other organizations.
