The World According to Brent and James

Who can deny the talent of the youngest member of UNION? Brent Fitz - Canadian and proud of it! - was the third member to join the band. Brent's dedication and hard work is the foundation to Union's high energy, in your face, playing it because they love it type of music.

One of the bands that Brent toured Canada with was named Street Heart. In the mid 90's, Brent found himself in L.A. working on various projects when an old friend, Lenita Erickson, looked him up. That started a chain of events that introduced Brent to Bruce Kulick. Bruce had hooked up with former Motley Crue lead singer, John Corabi and they were in the midst of forming a new band. Once Brent jammed along side, they knew they had found the perfect drummer.

James Hunting, the fourth member of UNION, was picked up - literally! - one night when Bruce and Brent were out and about in L.A. They liked what they saw and heard, and before long, James was offered the job as bassist for UNION.

James has played with many notables, including Eddie Money and David Lee Roth, and one of the bands that he was involved in was The Outpatience. This band, consisting of James and his brother Joey, was formed by Wes Arkeen. If featured Abe Laboriel Jr., Mike Shotton and Greg Buchwalter. The group recorded one album, Anxious Disease which received air play in Japan. To learn more about James involvement with this band, follow the link to the offical website. The Outpatience
